Terms of Service

The following are my official terms and conditions that clients must agree upon before I start working on a commission. By submitting an order, the client agrees on the terms and conditions listed below.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.I have all the rights to decline any commission request if I am not conformable with it.Example of things I will not draw: gore, hardcore NSFW, mecha.

Payment

I accept payments via Paypal and Stripe.
All payments must be done in EUR.
The full payment for the commission needs to be done upfront.

Refunds/Changes

During the process I will send multiple WIP(work in progress) pieces.
The client can request 2 free revisions after the sketch phase in case anything needs to be changed or tweaked.Any additional revisions requested after the sketching phase may occur additional charges.
On full rendered drawing/finished piece each revision will be billed.The client can cancel the request and not pay any money ONLY before the artist starts working on the commission.
If the client wants to cancel the commission request during the process a partial refund will be done, proportional with the amount of work that has been completed.
Refunds WILL NOT be given on a finished piece.If for any reason I will not be able to complete the commission anymore, a full refund will be given.

Commercial Use

The commissions will not be eligible for commercial use or resold.
All the artworks are for personal use only.
If the client wants to have commercial rights, they will have to contact me as the prices will be changed.

Copyright/Exclusivity

All the copyrights for the work done on a commission will be retained by me, unless it is for commercial use.The client will not have exclusivity on the art, unless it is for commercial use. (I will be able to stream my process, post photos on socials, etc.)

Delivery

I will keep to all agreed deadlines if the client keeps to its deadlines.
The commission will be delivered through email or google drive.
